Bishop Donald E. Green is Senior Pastor of San Francisco Christian Center in San Francisco, California. Assuming the pastorate in 1966, under his leadership, the church has become one of the largest Pentecostal churches in the city by the Golden Gate. His academic training and faith-building experiences have qualified him to be a man of wisdom. Known as a “pastor’s pastor,” Bishop Green, understanding the requisites and challenges of ministry, has become a confidante and advisor to his fellow ministers. He is the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate of Theology from the Southern California School of Ministry. His love for humanity and passion for the gospel has taken him to three continents and a number of different countries – out of his church has come a strong home and foreign missionary outreach.
