Cliff Ashe is the founder and Pastor of DaySpring Ministries in Middletown, Pennsylvania. He is also the Founder and President of the Mighty Men of Valor National Men’s Conference as well as the inspiration for the Mighty Men of Valor movement charging men to move into their God defined destinies. He is a graduate of Michigan State University as well as an adjunct professor and consultant for Geneva College. Cliff received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree in 2005. He is a certified biblical counselor, inductive bible instructor, and well-known national and international speaker.

Todd Dulaney is a Grammy Award Nominated worship artist from Chicago, IL. At the age of 18, Dulaney was drafted by the New York Mets, but to the surprise of many, left that world behind to pursue a career as a Gospel recording artist. Since accepting that call, Dulaney has released two albums, (Pulling Me Through, A Worshipper’s Heart), which have both garnered him several award nominations ranging from Stellar Awards to Dove Awards, and a 2017 Grammy Award for Album of The Year. Dulaney’s sophomore album and it’s debut single, “The Anthem”, both went to #1 on the Billboard charts, resulting in Dulaney being named Billboard’s New Gospel Artist of the Year in 2016.

Dr. Joseph E. Jones Sr. currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Associate Pastor for the First Baptist Church of Glenarden in Landover, Maryland. He is a native of Charleston, South Carolina. Dr. Jones has a very diverse background and successful career that includes service as an officer in the US Army, as an executive in corporate America and as an ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Dr. Jones retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (USAR) after over twenty-five (25) years of active and reserve military service as a Military Intelligence Officer. He also has over twenty-five (25) years of senior corporate leadership experience in the fields of information technology, program management and healthcare IT management.
Dr Jones’s call into ministry began over thirty years ago when he gave his life to Jesus Christ. He was later ordained as a minister in the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church in Maryland and served as Pastor of five (5) AME churches in South Carolina. He also served as a Hospital Chaplain at the Medical University of South Carolina. He currently serves on the ministerial staff at the First Baptist Church of Glenarden. Pastor Christopher A. Bell, Sr. is inspired by a George Eliot quote which says, “It is never too late to be what you might have been.” Armed with this thought provoking quote, Chris is a teacher, pastor, biblical counselor, coach, national speaker and writer.
Chris is a former Marine and is the recipient of the Purple Heart Medal. He is a graduate of Geneva College (Magna Cum Laude) and holds degrees in Biblical Studies and Urban Ministry Management. Chris is currently working full-time as the Assistant Pastor at Christian Stronghold Church in Philadelphia, PA.

Through Lael Music Group, Larry has written and produced albums and collaborated on several projects. As a musician and artist, Larry has worked with artists such as Shirley Caesar, Kim Burrell, Tramaine Hawkins, the late Ron Winans, Wess Morgan, Anthony Evans and many others. With over twenty years in ministry, Larry has traveled to several different countries to share the word of God and his music. Such countries include: Kenya, Uganda, Portugal, India and Jamaica. He is a graduate of New Creation Bible School in Nakura, Kenya and anticipates his graduation from Lancaster Bible College in December 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies. Called to the ministry at the age of 20, Larry believes his ultimate call to ministry is Senior Pastor.

Jonathan Evans, a mentor, author, speaker and former NFL fullback treasures his relationship with Christ along with the opportunity to use his life to glorify God. Pastor James Marshall is a native Washingtonian. He attended Bowie State University for his Undergrad and both Capital Bible Seminary and Liberty University for his Graduate education. In 2006, after a successful career in Television Production and Broadcast education, he was hired by Zion Church. In 2011, the Senior Pastor, Keith Battle, promoted Pastor James as the Lead Pastor of the Landover Campus. It was later discovered that this role was an under utilization of Pastor James’ gifting and in 2014, in addition to being the Lead Pastor of the Landover Campus, he was promoted as the Executive Pastor of the entire church. Glenn R. Shields currently serves as the senior Pastor of Progressive Community Church (PCC) in Stockton, California. He considers it an honor to pastor God’s people in such challenging times. His focus of ministry involves connecting personally with God’s people while teaching them God’s word as they are encouraged to live out their faith on a daily basis.
Under Pastor Shields’ leadership, in 2008 PCC completed a new 40,000 square foot facility that includes a 1600 seat sanctuary on 13 ½ acres in South Stockton. His vision for the church to become more than a Sunday place of worship has come to fruition. The church staff works diligently to provide a loving and professional environment to foster fellowship, dialogue and community involvement.
Pastor Shields has a wealth of ministerial experiences that include the development and implementation of various ministries; he’s a sought-after conference and retreat speaker; counselor for men, women and families; served as a California State Prison Chaplain; additionally, he has been privileged to share the gospel message through preaching and teaching across the United States and abroad. Dr. Dan Williams is the Senior Pastor of New Life In Christ Fellowship located in Coatesville, PA. Although Dr. Williams began his undergraduate studies at the former West Chester State College (now a University), he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Geneva College through the Center for Urban Theological Studies. Dr. Williams also holds a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Biblical Theological Seminary. He is currently the Director of Urban Programs and Assistant Professor of Practical Theology at Biblical Theological Seminary and is the first African American to serve on their Board of Trustees. Dr. Williams also serves on the Board of the National Men’s Ministry’s Mighty Men of Valor. He has ministered nationally and internationally and is (by his own admission) simply a beneficiary of the grace of God. Dr. Williams’ ministry has been characterized as a comprehensive word and deed ministry that is Christo-centric and culturally sensitive.
